Dr. Ombikram Shah is a dedicated Consultant Neurosurgeon serving patients in Nepal. With comprehensive training in neurosurgery from the Institute of Medicine (IOM), Tribhuvan University—one of Nepal's most prestigious medical institutions—Dr. Shah brings expertise and commitment to every patient interaction.
His journey in medicine began at the renowned Banaras Hindu University (BHU) in India, where he earned his MBBS degree. Following this foundation, he completed his Master of Surgery (MS) in General Surgery at NAMS, Bir Hospital in Kathmandu, gaining broad surgical skills before specializing in neurosurgery.
Dr. Shah's MCh in Neurosurgery from IOM equipped him with advanced skills in treating complex conditions of the brain and spine. Since completing his specialized training, he has served in several hospitals across Nepal, including Narayani Hospital, Surkhet Provincial Hospital, and currently at Koshi Hospital in Biratnagar.
